Do you have another income stream outside of medicine?

That's interesting. Did you get into that by accident or was it intended? Do you enjoy having a relationship with tennants? Do you see yourself growing it over the next number of years or just staying at the level you are currently at?

I agree that people wouldn't need/want side hustles if they got paid properly, but for some people there's more to it than just that. Some people do stuff outside of their main job because they get genuine enjoyment out of it or because they want to provide a service (I'm thinking any of the medical podcasts like radcast, or websites like mindthebleep, or run any of the myriad of courses). My question was meant to be all encompassing from those who aggressively want to corner an industry for financial gain, to those who like to doodle pictures of hearts to sell on Etsy.
