There is no such thing as “minor touching” if you don’t want to be touched it 100% is SA. He was trying to drag you into a room as you were saying stop.

Please don’t second guess yourself. Good on you for pulling back when he tried to get you into a room and for running from his when you saw him walking towards you. The running is your gut instinct which is there to protect you. Don’t ever question it. Don’t worry about offending someone or feeling the need to be nice.

He is a predator and I would warn others about his behavior if it’s safe to do so. I would definitely try not to be around this person anymore like if you see them at another party leave! Don’t let people try to talk you into staying don’t second-guess yourself and never be alone with them.
