If you are selling Used Clothing Describe the CONDITION in the listing

I’d recommend pointing out flaws with words too - photos can show up differently on different devices and it can be exhausting to narrow in on each photo to see if there are any flaws as a buyer. If no flaws, just say ‘used, no flaws.’ If flaws, say ‘used with flaws that include and specifically point them out.’ Don’t just use your photos and assume buyers will look in intricate detail at your photos to find flaws. Disclose them! And it is not weird to ask if there are flaws if you as a seller don’t mention any. Many buyers have received items with flaws and are getting exhausted with trying to figure out the condition before purchasing if it’s not mentioned. I just received an item today that made no mention of condition in the listing. I asked politely to let me know the condition and if there were any flaws. They proceeded to say good used condition. Well it is not. It is very worn and all the elastic is useless (I have the exact same item in another color so I know). Please just be honest with your buyers and disclose flaws with a great abundance and transparency. It is exhausting as a buyer to play the guessing game when purchasing. This avoids returns! When people buy something - they want it, they are not from the get-go trying to find some reason to return. Flaws and wrongly described condition are why they find reason to return.
