Mystics and humans are more different than you think they are if you want to remove the magic coursing through the veins of a mystic they would die immediately because the fact that they're fused with magic itself is what makes them tick mystics live longer than humans (it would take far too long to explain the specifics of this Factor) another thing to consider no normal human to take lightning bolts to the chest and walk it off or a boulder to the nose or an ice shard to the neck none of those things would be survivable by a normal human but for mystic they can walk it off mostly they're not invincible but it would be really boring if every single person goes down in a single attack so yes it does push you to have a particular personality because the rune is you
