It only insures people who didn't have coverage before and the federal government already had income like of who could get it and who couldn't, this closes that gap and covers more of those insured people who may make too much to be covered by Medicaid but too little too people afford healthcare from the exchange or other private plans.

This money literally has no downsides, this money was already set aside by the federal government and with this money can go towards the uninsured who are in rural Georgia and help keep those hospitals open. So this has nothing to do with the insurers in GA currently and quite frankly the ones here currently treat us like shit.
