Here's my idea:

• 8 large cardboard boxes.
• Divide your class into 7 teams (not including you, you will be the 3-eyed Raven and have a separate box).

Phase 1: Each class spends time painting the crest of their kingdom onto one side of the box. They paint (based off pictures you print out for them), their castle on another side. They paint (as best they can) the leader of their kingdom on the 3rd side. You'll have to paint a tree on all 4 sides of your box. You will be in the box, so cut a hole to get in it.

Phase 2: Get a lot of math/trivia/general knowledge puzzles from https://www.braingle.com/. You'll be in charge of reading out 1 puzzle at a time. Whichever teams figures out the puzzle gets to move their box one step closer to your box in the middle.

Phase 3: First team to reach the 3 eyed Raven box wins. Maybe give them an incentive by having a prize in the middle, like GoT painted food (cupcakes, hors de oeuvres, whatever) or an actual GoT prize like one of these
