Imposter Syndrome

I see you didn’t read the article I linked to. CBT is helpful to people who have depression btw. And for the last time, there is no diagnoses for Imposter Syndrome. It’s a made up term that even the the person who created it had to admit it wasn’t real. Einstein and Neil Gaiman and a host of other people have reported experiencing self doubt but there is no treatment protocol for feeling like an imposter because there is no condition for feeling like an imposter. No psychiatrist is trained to treat it because they can’t treat something that isn’t real. And if you fixate on feeling like an imposter, that’s anxiety or maybe depression. But you cannot “treat” self doubt because it’s a normal and healthy emotional state.
