They didn't invade Egypt and other countries for slaves, at least to my knowledge. It's for trade and extracting resources. I'm not saying that slavery's okay if Africans and Asians did it, fuck anyone who did it. I'm talking about them coming to Africa and treating it like free real estate and drawing borders that sometimes didn't exist or were different before. This up to this day causes conflict between countries (Egypt and Sudan on halayeb and shalateen). The people living today have no involvement in it, and I hold no resentment towards them! I have many friends living in Britain and other European countries and they're my mates. I'm talking about the governments behind them that caused this with no regard to the people living there at the time
