Just from my experience.

I think most of it is in your head. We might obsess for a while over someone we gave our heart to. It’s not easy for us to do that, even if they’ve done wrong or hurt us. This door slam takes q hell of a lot to get to. (Unrelated, just a flash thought.) But obsessing over another human we haven’t had a close relationship with romantic or not, nope nope. We might be curious. We are observers of humans. You are a curiosity and a learning point for us to try to completely understand other humans.

Not to be completely judgmental because I don’t know all the details. Also, yes this is a blanket statement. I apologize.

Entxx types to me do seem to think others are more into them than reality dictates.
