Have you ever had your stress physically manifest in your body? If so, how did you handle it? Are you okay now?

The only time in my difficult 28 years of life that this has happened was when I was in college and my man left me for my best friend. Maybe not the stress you are talking about, but stress nonetheless. I had a very hard time sleeping and eating and I threw up every morning before school for months. I can’t explain it; my whole body was just broken. I just lived through the experience, did the best I could to cope. I’m great now. Now when I’m overwhelmed in life, it helps me to remember that sometime life is actually going to suck harder than you ever thought and there’s no taking the easy way out. But it will pass.

Oh... I also gain weight because I stress eat big time. But that’s kind of my fault.
