Yep. Mine suddenly decided it wasn’t going to connect to my phone via Bluetooth. So I can’t customize my patterns or control my hoop with my phone at all anymore. I tried to do a factory reset that failed and the last three folders did the red light thing so I sent it in. They were able to reset it, but the Bluetooth issue wasn’t solved. I have an iPhone 12mini. It connects ro every other phone I try. When I bought mine it didn’t come with the remote like it does now. It’s not a huge deal to use mt husbands phone or tablet but it’s extremely frustrating it stopped connecting out of nowhere. They told me it’s my phones problem but I also had apple look at the phone and it’s functioning correctly so….fun times.
