Fat Rant Tuesday

Rave: my sleep schedule is getting back on track. I almost sleep as well as I should! No, I don’t sleep as much as I should, but I stay in bed, not fully asleep the whole time, for a good 7 to 9 hours like I should be sleeping! Staying in bed partially asleep for that long, when you’re supposed to actually sleep that long, is close enough and is helping with food cravings!

Rant: Can’t lose weight. What a shocker (sarcasm) given that I really eat a lot, lots of snacking even if I don’t eat as much as some people do. Yes plenty of people eat way more than I do, but they are overweight, actually heavier than overweight if they eat like that, but they only look “overweight” because perception is skewed, in the USA. Or maybe people who work out a ton, used to eat like that in college, but not after college lmao! I can’t compare what I eat, to what plenty of other people eat. The average American is overweight, but the average Midwesterner is probably obese if I had to guess, so of course plenty of people eat a lot! Can’t compare myself to that, as a 5’2 person who is at a high normal weight and doesn’t want to gain.
