Qin Shi Huang

History: Qin Shi Huang was the first emperor and uniter of China. He was a brutal, efficient, and almost evil leader, yet he was not unfair to those who follow him. He created a government system that lasted 2 thousand years, and was so paranoid of death he attempted to seek immortality through alchemy.

Skills:

A-Rank Daoist Alchemy: Qin is well versed in Chinese alchemy, and mostly uses it to animated terracotta golems to do his bidding (ala the terracotta soldiers), but also allows him to manipulate the 5 Daoist elements (fire, water, wood, earth, metal) to a great degree

Daoist alchemy cauldron: Qin can create a great alchemy cauldron, like the ones used by Daoist gods. It allows him to melt down living thing to create pills of pure mana which he can later consume.

B-Rank Revelation: Qin was famous for constantly escaping assassination, and can "see" the immediate thoughts and future actions of people around him.

B-Rank swordplay: Qin was not only a political leader, but also a great warrior who fought wars from the front line. While he is no a truly excellent swordsman, he can use his short-sword to a great degree of effectiveness.

C-Rank agility, C-Rank endurance: Qin was not a very active man after becoming emperor. He kind of let himself go there.

B-Rank luck: Many of Qin's victories depended on unlikely events

Ex-Rank Charisma: as the first Emperor of China, Qin has the ability to instantly boost his allies moral and take command of the battlefield.

Evil Aura: Qin was infamously cruel and brutal to those who opposed him, and made no attempt to hide it. His presence itself strike fear into lesser men who oppose him. he is also immune to corruption or tainting of any kind

Noble Phantasm: Mandate of Heaven. As the first emperor, Qin has the ability to call forth anyone who has pledged loyalty to China it's entire Imperial history. He summons them as improper servants, and can call forth nameless peasants, foot soldiers, great generals, and even other Emperors. Qin can summon any amount of servants for as long as he likes, as long as he has the mana to sustain them.
