I've seen posts about changing specific parts of the park, but never the whole shebang. Tell me, if you were in charge with infinite funds, what would you change in all of Epcot?

So those are my proposed changes to Future World. I wouldn't dare touch The Land as it is my favorite, and I believe Test Track, while it could've focused slightly more on concept cars and how Chevrolet is making the real world equivalent of the fantasy cars guests make, is the near perfect balance of tech and fun. Mission: Space is a little eh on addressing real world tech but is a really cool and expensive and popular concept, so it stays. The Seas also stay, though I might add a more prominent research and rehabilitation element to it. I want to congratulate and thank those who are still reading, and I promise I have less to change about the World Showcase. And Spaceship Earth I have no desire to change--it's cool. Also, I apologize for any sort of incoherent sentences, tangents, and spelling and grammatical errors. I didn't expect to be writing this long and also it's 2:30 am local time so I'm a little strange in the head right now. Reply if anything's weird though and I'll fix it right away. BACK TO CHANGING EPCOT!

The World Showcase is really cool. I don't really have any sweeping changes to make here, though I will take advantage of the unlimited funds to reimburse whoever I have to in order to destroy the Frozen ride in Norway. Having that ride around is just asking for trouble, and the moment fantasy starts to overwhelm the park is the moment that what makes Epcot magical is lost. The character meet and greets and little things like that I don't mind, because small kids need to be entertained, but the Frozen ride is too far. I would also just spend money either updating or replacing the Circle Vision theaters. No real concrete plan there, they're just old and need the love. I didn't realize it was a want I had until today, but looking through this sub I found the plans to a proposed Switzerland Pavilion with a bobsled ride. Of course I'm going to add this ride. But in all seriousness, the World Showcase does have a lot more restaurants and shops than rides and museums, and it would be nice to have some big exciting ride for guests to experience in this area of the park. The Switzerland Pavilion was slated to go between Italy and Germany, and I think the mountain would go well there (considering Switzerland touches both countries). It would be part of the Italy pavilion and passed off as some mountain in the Alps. I don't really agree with the "secret bobsled training camp," but could live with a regular ol' bobsled training camp. Of the two scenarios described in the link, I definitely prefer the first one, because the second one is legitimately crazy.

My one last teensy change is changing the nighttime show from Illuminations: Reflections of Earth. The Earth in the middle of the lagoon is difficult to see, and underwhelming compared to the fiery intro and fireworks in general. I think the water effect are cool, and would definitely opt for a more water and laser light show, with spectacular fireworks display. Something more Fantasmic-esque in feel, but with the emphasis of the show on the effects, not a plot.

So there you have it, if I were CEO and had infinite money, what I'd do to make Epcot the most entertaining park the world has ever seen. If you have anything to say about anything I wrote, pleeeease comment because I'd love to have a discussion with you. If you've read this far you must really not have anything good to be doing right now, but thank you for taking the time to listen.
