Jars didn't seal (non water bath)

As long as you didn’t dry the lids with anything? The wetness when canning is okay. The trick is complete sterilization/sealing. If the lids were not touched and put directly on top of the jars (from the boiling water to the jar, then screw a ring down?) ... you bring your jars to a full rolling boil. If you “dried” the lids with something then you have to start the process over. You would have to take all the jelly out and re boil the jars and lids. Put the jelly in the pot and heat it till liquid again, do not boil again, it may ruin the pectin and not set. Start the water bath method. Careful not to touch the under side of lids.
