John Mayer for the win

I feel like beauty can go way deeper than just skin deep, since the underlying bone structure and musculature also play a major role in how pretty someone will look. Like, if the person's cheek bones and jaw bones are shaped in a way that makes their face look really good once the skin is draped upon said underlying bone-shapes.

Plus, what if someone's internal organs are way better looking than the statistical average, but nobody even knows it since it is hidden by the person's skin. Like maybe they have an insanely hot set of kidneys, and maybe their liver is unusually silky smooth and stuff like that. And like one day the person goes in for surgery and the surgeon and the assistants are opening up his abdomen all casual like whatevs, no big deal, just another typical monday morning, gonna do some ordinary surgery stuff all up in this, but then out of fucking NOWHERE they are just TAKEN ABACK by how fucking hot the guy's kidneys are. Like ARE YOU SEEING THIS SHIT!!?!?? And one of the nurses starts to kind of fall sideways from a fainting spell from seeing how perfectly shaped and beautiful the guy's set of kidneys are and one of the other assistants has to catch her, mid-fall, and they all just sort of look at each other, knowingly, nodding their heads and smirking, like "DAMN, we've just witnessed some serious way-deeper-than-skin-deep hotness occur before our very eyes today. Let us recognize." And they all just sort of bow their heads in silence for a moment about it kinda. I feel like that probly happens sometimes.
