ok Philip, you've been posting your songs around reddit for a week now. It's a fairly strong indicator that they don't like it. However.. take a look at how others are doing around here. I made a bookmark of only "I made this" flair posts in r/music.

People around reddit hate artists plugging their own music. When I first got on here a decade ago, they'd give you the time of day. Nowadays, they just straight-up rudely ignore them.

Look at how the others are doing in r/music, it's all ignored 1's maybe an odd 0.

You going around reddit posting your stuff, is what they call, "fruitless". lol. "failing to achieve the desired results; unproductive or useless."

There's not gonna be anybody suddenly coming out of the woodwork, saying, "you're going to Hollywood". haha.

What are your options here,

1) quit making music

2) commit suicide

3) clean up your act. lol.

So how could you fix your shit. You'd need to learn multi-track. You could fix your slipshod guitar playing. I think melodyne has a later program where even if you play a chord, you can go in and individually adjust the separate notes from a wav file. I have an earlier generation that's just for fixing bad singing. You could use that too.

You can fix your shit. But you gotta clean up your act. Get off the drugs. Shave that shaggy scooby doo beard. Wash your hair. Cut it. Once you quit smoking pot all day, you'll be less lazy. Go work a job, make money. Get money to buy this equipment. A good computer that can handle video editing. Learn fucking video editing. Clean up your act dude.

Think of musicians you like, they don't sound like you, and you know it, Philip. But with digital tools you can fix your shit.
