As I said previously as President it is part of his job to say a good thing about any fiesta. When people attend they tend to buy things like food & drinks. That margins of these sales goes towards taxes & labor.

Tourism money is the cheapest way to help the economy of any province. Low skill and no skill people get hired for labor. So why deny them work?

Cooks, servers, farmers, dishwashers, DJ, musicians and other people get paid when people eat in groups or eat out.

How do you think the economy can improve if no one consumes? How do you expect to be paid for your labors if no one's gonna buy your time?

So why dissuade people with the discretionary spend to visit Bacolod and eat great Inasal?
