Which city? I know the prices should be the same across all offices but I can only speak for my experiences at Iloilo and the only time I received a six month extension was during Covid. The extension was technically three two month extension and I had to pay for each of the three extension separately so 3x express feee and 3x for every other fee they charge. I think I paid P12500. I have been in Iloilo roughly four years with several short trips in and out so I’m very familiar with the BI office. Even after getting married I couldn’t get a six month extension and have been told by the guards and one employee that BI (at least their office) doesn’t issue the six month visa. My guess is because they can and do charge more for the two month. Also the ACR card has never been needed or used while under the tourist visa. Just another fee they can charge.
