Can anybody suggest where a UK resident may obtain Mallinckrodt's excellent generic opioids such as these legendary (well, here anyway!) Blue 30mg oxycodone tablets, and their M367 hydrocodone 10mg as well as oxymorphone and high-dose hydromorphone (4mg yellow and 8mg white triangles) which I have sought for almost two years with no success? Hydrocodone bitartrate is 6 x strength of dihydrocodeine, its parent, and the two -morphones are of the perfect potency to give me a grateful occasional change of scenery from my usual dextromoramide (Palfium) & dipipanone (Diconal), which I use in 20mg and 30mg dose respectively when my 120mg OC pills stop working after 6 - not the claimed 12 - hours, meaning oxymorphone would be right at 20mg/dose and hydromorphone at 14mg... Anyone got suggestions? Hydrocodone is so useful for milder pain yet 100% of the world supply, manufactured right here in Scotland only 18 miles from my home, is consumed in the US - it is licenced for use ONLY there since Dicodid 10mg was withdrawn in Europe 9 years ago.
