These attacks are sickening I am tired of every few month hearing news of another attack on the western world. I am conflicted now.

On one hand I see this as a final straw the time has come for an all out attack on these people to put an end to this madness. I see this as no different then pearl harbor. They have declared war on us and we need to stop pussy footing around it because we are scared of getting involved in another Iraq. I keep hearing the claim not all Muslims are radicals but the same argument could have been made for the Japaneses and we put them in camps because though not all are our enemy the threat that some might be was to great. I am not saying put all Muslims in camps but we need to begin to serious address the issue that members of this religion are at war with us and we should treat members of this religion like we would treat members of a nation we were at war at. Again I compare this to Japan, until we put an end to the war with the Islamic world we can not began to build peace and trust with any of them. After we put Japan in their place we rebuilt our relationship with them and they have become our close ally. Basically we need to treat Muslims as a member of an enemy state until this war is over then we can resume relations just like we would do if they were part of an actual nation instead of a religion.

Then on the other hand I think, this is exactly how ISIS and other radical Islamic groups want me to think because the more we discriminate against Muslims the more people who turn radical. Not all Muslims are bad and grouping them together is not the right thing to do because it will only add fuel to the fire. I have Muslim friends who are not bad people and should not be discriminated against because they have miles between them and radical Islam but if they become discriminated against their only ally may become groups like ISIS.

Either way there seems to be no right answer since if we do nothing the attacks will continue from those who are already radical and if we wage war against them more will flock to them. I do know one way or another we have to do something to address the middle east and radical Islam because this senseless killing needs to stop.
