I have lived in a Marriott Hotel Suite for Over a Year. After selling my home, I did the math & found that Hotel Living is a lot less expensive than one might think. AMA

The monthly fee comes out to about 26 days X 149.00.

There are no utilities. Everything plus what I listed above is included.

My condo- I paid:

  • $150 AC
  • $120 Cable and Internet
  • $30 Water
  • $600 Food which I now get free
  • But also the added savings of - Toilette Paper, Paper Towels, Little things they include, and I have no repair or maintenence costs now.
  • I mean, I no longer have to wash towels, make my bed, vacuum, clean the toilette, clean the kitchen.
  • The maids wash the dishes, and put them back in my cabinets. Daily.
  • The time saved/not having to do any cleaning... That alone is worth quite a bit

Also, after 30 days, in my state. you pay no hotel taxes... so after the first month the room rate is a flat 149 a month.
