Within the last year I went into GC to grab some strings. There was 4 employees on floor and about 3 customers at the checkout. So I stopped in the upscale electric glass room and grabbed few guitars to try. Within minutes two employees were guarding the door. I said I was cool and they could help someone else. Now about 6 people at the counter. They stayed put. I asked if they had any PRS and they sent a third person to search the back. They brought out a brand new untouched CE24 and I played while three people guarded me. Now about 10 people are at the check out. I said I wanted the guitar and went to stand in line. They rang up the guitar next and I put 2800 on the counter. Now every employee is trying to ring up this guitar and phone calls are being made. 30 minutes and the line behind me is 25 people deep. The guy tells me " good news ....the guitar is now only 1960 including tax". 25 people waited for 30 minutes in a line I cut to hear me get a discount I did not ask for. I felt like worlds biggest asshole. I did ask everyone to jump ahead multiple times and apologized. Not smart business. I will probably have to delete this comment and the others. Why don't you kill the thread. Never sell your tegritty to the company store then brag you were only on a corporate mission. Good luck.
