Long Range Casting

The biggest issue with this build is that you can't take Arcane Archer until you are Base Attack Bonus +6 - Since you already have 4 levels of monk, that's only BAB +3. You'll also need a single level (or more) of Arcane Caster, and the sorcerer is the only one that will use WIS as casting stat. With your current build, at best you can get Arcane Archer at level 9, if you took Sorcerer at level 5 and some warrior or other full BAB class at level 6-8 to bring you to +6 BAB. But then your spells are going to not be so great when imbuing them on the arrows, and that doesn't come until character level 10 or 11 (you need Zen Archer 2 to get it). I don't think this build is quite going to satisfy your desire until it gets close to level 20 and by then, it would be a very low tier of effectiveness, you'd be struggling to win minor victories.
