I'd like to place my application:
17 year old white bi girl here who runs a Tumblr for drag race:
A. it depends which side of rake it would be, and if Katya would be gentle. Would she be in full drag or not?
B. In a sense, yes Katya was robbed. This is do to the fact that she was a spokesperson for a unique style of drag that only she could do. She'd definitely have a voice in the drag community. A voice for the weird kids and the outcasts. However, that's the big thing about Katya, she has voice, but not for drag. No one else can be Katya. I would say that we, the people, were robbed. We were robbed of Katya for our own selfish reasons.
When we think from a technical side of the completion, Alaska won because she wanted it. She went through a break up when it defined her on season 5. She gave an audition tape every single year. (I think she sobered up, correct me if I'm wrong). She fought tooth and nail just to have that dream that every single drag wants. Unfortunately for Katya , she showed the same skill set but the bigger drive. This puts into example in the "after show" race.
What has Katya done? She has a successful web series! Yes! But what else can you name that is in the public eye?
You know what Alaska has done. She brings it to you every time. Alaska was the right choice for AS2. Perhaps in the future, Katya will reign higher than Alaska. Katya has the means.
Katya is likeable and an incredible queen, but the last lipsync truly shows why Alaska won AS2. Katya knew she'd never win and held back. We see Alaska give the lipsync of a lifetime. Katya said in the beginning, she saw Alaska walk into the room and gave up. It shows throughout AS.
No one can do Katya like Katya. I think that's one of the takeaways from this. That's why die hard stans love her so much. That's why she gives a voice to her people. She didn't need a crown to give a voice. Alaska needed that crown to show that she is an all star. Katya never needed a crown.
C. I think of Alaska because I've heard that word associated with it for so long. I don't have anything personal against her, but I don't trust the slow voice. She has so much time to think between syllables.
D. I would probably pick D just because:
A. I probably write "have a nice day" on her dumpster. But also I think I wouldn't want to write on her house.
B. If your saying I'm getting my pussy fucked by a rake, I think it's consensual to lick her back?
C. I would read out my fanfic: "The adventures of Trixie Mattel and Katya" it's a 7 part fully drawn comic about Trixie and Katya with super powers. They get into drag and suddenly they have powers. Katya has the power of summoning tiny hands to lend a helping hand, and trixie has the ability to be a scarecrow (jk). There is no porn just a wholesome friendship between Brian and Brian.
