Low-ish carb and vegan?

I'm not vegan but my hubby is so we eat a lot of vegan food in our house.

I have fallen in love with edamame pasta. I'm in Australia and the brand we have here is called Slendier, not sure if they sell it where you are. I love to make a bolognese style sauce with TVP to add to the pasta.

Have you tried tofu scramble? I love to make that and then top it with pumpkin seeds and some tahini sauce.

I also love to make stir fried cabbage with garlic, black pepper and add some asian flavoured TVP that I get from the supermarket. Top it with sesame seeds and maggi seasoning.

I'm also a fan of low carb wraps though a lot of people don't consider them "clean" they fit into my macros so I like to make tofu and salad wraps with them as well.

Avocado on toasted keto bread is also a favourite.

Vegan low carb is definitely a lot harder, props to you for giving it a go!
