Ok, so if you were on a sinking boat and your captain told you to wait and you were just witnessing you are going to fucking DRAWN, you'd stay still? I know how command structure works, I just don't respect it blindly 100% of time. Because lawyers and bosses are people and, as such, they also make mistakes from time to time.
I don't think my superiors have the positions they have because they are more intelligent or better business men than me. They earnt it for other reasons. So when I don't agree with something, I fucking say it. And in the case I saw my company jeopardized and I couldn't stand its inaction, I'd do something too. Not savior complex, just respecting my own principles.
At the end of the day I have to go home and be okay with myself and my own actions. You don't have to be a psychologist to understand it and I really get why y'all don't agree with this.
Companies are important. Doing what you think is right, too.
