m/31/5'10" 194lbs. please see comments for details. I need others perspective. proper at a loss and stuck in a rut . I need a new spark

I just don't feel motivated or invested in working out lately. I think it's because my strength has dropped and I've lifted the same numbers for far too long and don't get a sense of achievement from working out anymore. I don't look forward to it like I used to and tend to just want to skip workouts. I don't feel like I'm as strong as I want to be or should be either. For reference I can barely bench 100kg for 4 reps. Best I've ever done is 8 reps few years ago when I weighed 209lbs from a bad dirty bulk.. I've had many breaks in this time too both going up and down in bodyweight. putting on lots of fat in a short amount of time also. Ideally I want to build up to doing 4-5 reps with 120kg which would be an all time PR before attempting to cut again and I think I can achieve this over the next 26 weeks if I put on 26lbs up to 220lb and then I should go for a cut after I've put on some quality muscle. I know people say not to bulk if you're over 20% but I honestly think I need to add some strength and muscle for a cut to make sense at this point. What do people think. I've never truly done a proper bulk where I've focused on quality nutrition. I've done dirty bulks for short periods with good strength gains but ridiculous fat gains. 26lbs over 26 weeks up to 220lbs bodyweight seems a good goal with a good fat to muscle gain ratio id imagine. I feel with the right quality nutrition and recovery for the first time in my life the next 26 weeks of semi lean bulking should net me some solid gains and strength achieving a decent physique. I feel like this is exactly what I need to do to fall back in love with lifting again
