I’m buying this house with this feature rock wall, cane anyone tell me what kind of stone this is?

This will is made of ledger panels. It's hard to match up the colors based on this picture but I suspect it is either the pattern known as California Gold or the one known as Gold Rush.

Either way, they are both made up of slate.

Found these bones on my 2nd Story Apartment outside window ledge. There is no access to this balcony from our building… Any idea what kind of animal these bones are from or how it could have gotten here? What is this symbol?
