Technically, according to law we did just accept any terms. he could just sue us at any moment or send us a bill in the mail.

all though i highly doubt that would happen or stand up in court. I really think putting a jest in the license agreement area of an installer seems extremely sketchy.

I mean its obviously a joke, because it cannot be considered a reasonable contract, but technically if he put any bitcoin miners or anything in there, it actually would be fair game.

although this game was made with game maker, and i have high doubts anyone working on it could use the tools they have available to do anything that would require a lot of programming.

But still funny or not i think this should be swapped out in the next version and the title should be changed from survey_program.

im only complaining so much because as someone who deals with computers a lot, this installer seriously looks like malware even though its almost 99.5% positive to be clean of anything at all.

there should at the very least be a disclaimer that there is no malware, coin miners, etc. -- even if it ruins the value of the perceived jest.
