Canties do look better but at a roughly 80€ for an already very, very decent T4000 Shimano levers + cable + brake arms you can't really argue the cost/performance factor. Good luck finding newly made canties in that price range, it often doesn't even cover for a single pair of brake arms, if I recall correctly.

And all the added adjustability can be handy for some, for most it's just plain old overkill and unnecessary. On the contrary it does make it easier to get a sub optimal feeling brake setup when compared to the easy to install v-brakes.

IMO go with what you want but I'm not gonna shill out north of 200€ for rim brakes that aren't even vintage.
