Maximum estrogen dose before risks?

Just wondering if there is any data/journal articles on the maximum tolerable estrogen dose/concentrations asking for data to be independant of the circulating estrogen level.

Due to a very high T level (923ng/dL) I suspect I will be quite 'resistant' and will need blockers, but i'd like to let E do most of the work, but I'm unsure what the maximum dose would be, before it's not wise to have more and supplement with blockers. I understand the target of ~300pg but that could happen at 1mg or 100mg (or maybe never) or somewhere in between depending on body chemistry. So is there a maximum estrogen dosage independant of circulating levels (perhaps huge doses saturate some other receptor or cause side effects)?
