I can’t imagine a scenario where that could occur “disproportionately”. It might occur to individuals once due to their competition flagging them. But since that is cleared up with a SINGLE verification (and quite possibly with their own choice of medical professional) I can’t see it reasonably being called “disproportionate”. Every athlete can be reasonably expected to complete a general medical checkup, and having once in a career sex verification in there would be completely acceptable for every athlete.

If you can describe a disproportionate scenario where someone had to be tested multiple times, I’d say it was unacceptable. But regardless, that’s a process/paperwork issue.
