Maybe this is what a midlife crisis looks like if you're Elon musk

You don’t have the freedom to kill your dog because you feel like it or do 120 MPH down I-95. Your freedom is always limited. Free speech is a guiding principle not an absolute, and it never has been an absolute in this (nor any other) country’s history, nor does the US constitution require it to be.

So clearly yes, your freedoms should be, and are, limited. The issue is not about censoring opinions, it is about curtailing blatant misinformation and falsehoods in a world where these social media outlets more resemble a psychological weapon platform (which have been used to great effect!) than the public square. It is a unique challenge.

Shall we censor communists as well? Why, or why not?

Communists don’t have 10s of millions of followers on Twitter so it’s a moot point. Unless this was supposed to be a gotcha? It’s obviously situational.
