I am planning on joining the army as a dog handler in a few months. My body is physically fit but the issue I have is that I may not be able to give in all the documents required on this kit list I found online. I listed the 3 that I won't be able to give in down below. The reason for this is that I ran away from home early this year for reasons I don't want to disclose and before you ask I don't plan on going or even making contact with any members of my family. Also my parents aren't from this country either. What do I do about this?

1 - A list of home addresses for the past 5 years and the date of birth of your parents/step parents or guardians.

2 - Town and Country of Parents’ birth

3 - Full contact address and telephone numbers of immediate family
