The goal posts are always moving on what offends and the internet/social media gives those people 1 voice. It is like you are dealing with a poorly programmed machine. There is no tolerance and they eat their own.

This type of mentality could not survive and perpetuate in the past. You would have the few people per town that would cast stones and be the bitter person no one wanted to hang out with.

These are those same people that are just connected now and although small, they unfortunately have a voice. What's even worst is they are able to pickup the simple minded and young.

Eventually the pendulum will swing back to common sense.
