My daughter is limited to a liquid diet. No seeds, no fiber. Her small intestines are mostly blocked, possibly for the remainder of her life. Does anyone have good recipes to infuse savory flavors into creams or gelatin? Or good strained meat recipes?

I couldn't have any calories the other day and I found pho broth (from a bouillon cube) to be a tasty snack. It won't have any nutrients, but I feel like she can still enjoy some soups even without the ingredients you'd normally have in it. Like for the pho, you could totally add some fish sauce, lime juice, jalapeno, and thai basil, but remove the solid ingredients before you serve it.

If she can have soft tofu, sundubu jigae without the meat and veggies is a tasty option. Korean clam broth is my jam.

I'm not sure if she can have blended oreos, but oreos blended into milk is tasty. Can also do that with strawberry and a little sugar for a strawberry milk.

Potato and leek soup can be blended, not sure if leeks are an option for the fiber content, could just do the potato. Butternut squash is a popular soup, but I don't know the fiber content. I'm not personally a fan, but a lot of people love it.

A GOOD tomato sauce + a little cream cheese + a little chicken stock + a pinch of sugar = a tasty tomato soup. Can add some basil for more flavor if you like.

Rice porridge may be an option? Or other porridge? Maybe you can strain it so there's no fibrous chunks.

I really hope you guys find some tasty foods for her that kinda lets her feel less restricted.
