My Desk.Haus story: Decent product, questionable CEO

What's funny is that the owner has locked his response thread he posted today, so no one can comment on it. Nothing screams transparency more than, "I'm going to talk, and then no one is allowed to respond!"

Yeah, I saw the pictures. OP isn't arguing that the replacement piece is damaged, he even said he would be OK keeping it. He's just arguing that the pieces are damaged, and that Desk Haus won't admit it. Even if the damage isn't bad in the second piece, it's clearly there, and I think he's just looking for Desk Haus to admit they have a problem. Instead, they make videos and call names and they don't answer questions when pictures are posted.

Lost a customer here. I bought from Desk Haus before and was actually going to buy one for my sister, but now I think I'll go with another company.
