Amazing rescue of dog turned rock-solid in tar drum

One question. Do you know what they do with the rehabilitated dogs? Because, by Indian law, stray dogs have to be released back to where they are found. If its back to the streets, I would rather people not donate to them. This is why.

I think I speak on behalf of majority of Indians, we don't like stray dogs. Why you ask? They eat children and old people alive (yes #notallstraydogs). India is the rabies capital of the world with 20k deaths per year. Even if you keep rabies aside, more people are killed by dogs than terrorists (and probably mosquitoes). Some of the poor states in India spend a good chunk of their health care expenditure on treating dog attack victims (top 4 in at least one state). Millions are attacked every year by dogs. So, we don't need more strays in our streets. Some of my posts to support the numbers: * dog attack numbers
