You’re really not leveraging your excellent features with this makeup look.

You have great lips. Wear some pigment on your lips (a stain, a light gloss, what have you).

Find a skincare routine you love and stick with it. Wear some light highlight/contour/blush to bring out your cheekbones.

That eyeliner does nothing for you, though I’m not totally sure why. I think a wing could in theory work for your eye shape, but it has to be place higher on your face (like the eyeliner has to start “lifting” around the center of your eye instead of just at the end, and the wing really can’t dip lower at all). Really, I think making sure your lashes curl perfectly upwards would make your eyes just shine. An inner corner highlight and white kohl on your inner rim would be great too

You have a great brow shape, just make sure they’re always cleanly done. I’d recommend getting them threaded if you don’t already.
