My Favorite Way to Track My Mood - More Info in the Comments!

After having tried a bunch of the traditional mood trackers where you color in an object with a specific color every day, I realized it wasn't giving as much in-depth information on my mood as I wanted so I came up with this spread instead - everyday, you write down a few words describing your mood eg. "Energetic in the morning, cheerful throughout, tired and drained in the evening" and then you give a rating of 1-5 to the day, for example, I might rate this example day as a 4, and you put a dot under 4 in the graph box. At the end of the month, you can connect all the dots and voila, you have a handy dandy graph showing you the fluctuations in your mood throughout the month!

I also wanted to be able to track specific events that might have triggered particular moods so starting this month, I also added in a "Daily Summary" spread where I quickly jot down the main events that took place during the day so I can cross-reference my mood to things that took place during a certain day :)
