I sometimes over do edibles and start to get anxious, in that exact moment remind yourself that its the effects of THC, you feel anxious because there are sudden unexpected changes in your body and mind, be aware of the changes and thats when you let go of your thoughts that starts to bombard you. Keep aware of how its affecting you your body, state of mind, anxious thoughts suddenly appearing. Its like you are spectating what’s happening to you but not taking part in the chaos. This way it will be more meditative and less of burden of this anxious thoughts your mind creates. Also its natural so in time your body will metabolise THC and you will feel your anxiety levels dropping. In meantime keep track of your dosage edibles are tricky.
