My home made cheesesteaks

I just don't see the appeal of putting ketchup on every little thing when there are far better condiments to be had in many cases. I think this is often the result of parents enabling their children's lazy palates, which persists into adulthood.

You're literally defending putting ketchup on a cheesesteak while simultaneously saying "don't put ketchup on other things because I don't like it."

Also, you've really only mentioned, like, 4 things: burgers, dogs, fries, and cheesesteaks. You then attack some fantasy ketchup boogeyman who "puts ketchup on every little thing" as if millions of people use ketchup like salt.

If someone wants to put ketchup on a burger fucking let them. It doesn't mean they have "lazy palates that persisted into adulthood." It just means they like ketchup on a burger. Not to mention all of this coming from someone who likes Heinz (which is mostly sugar) over literally any other ketchup. Which is fine, if that's what you're into. Heinz is great (and super nostalgic), but it's not representative of modern ketchups, which really run the gamut of flavors and have better ingredients.
