Eh, I agree that theres too much of that CW drama in the show and he relies too heavily on the team to do everything. It seems like every episode someone has to give him a speech to motivate him.

It’s most definitely the writing and not Grant at all. Given better material Grant could be excellent and there are moments in the show when he is.

Flash to me was always the enthusiastic, optimistic, light hearted, funny character, but the show always has him sad or depressed.

It’s way too early to compare the 2 since there are only a handful of scenes of Miller as the Flash, but I enjoyed his interpretation of the character for the most part. The suit has to go for sure and I think the lightning and Flash time effects they use suck compared to the show. I hate that every time he’s about to appear or leave the lightning crackles around him/where he is about to appear.
