My roller coaster weekend.

My convo with him since this thread on Hangouts any input is appreciated

[2/4/16, 7:50 PM] gaaayseal[F]: I found out my CD4-Tcells count on Wednesday. I'm at 48. That's currently very low. [2/4/16, 7:51 PM] gaaayseal[F]: I'm starting medication on antibiotics - Co-trimoxazole, Azithromycin and Isoniazid [2/4/16, 7:51 PM] gaaayseal[F]: I still have to get an xray because of something suspicious on my previous xray [2/4/16, 7:52 PM] gaaayseal[F]: It may be tuberculosis [2/4/16, 7:53 PM] gaaayseal[F]: I understand our time differences are great so you'll be asleep when I'm awake. [2/5/16, 2:20 PM] ([email protected]): My t cells were like this in DEC and I'm better now. When I get to my grandmas later I'll have nothing but time and I can look up those meds. None of them are hiv off top of my head... All antibiotics?

[2/5/16, 2:25 PM] ([email protected]): 48 t-cells is low but you'd be surprised how fast they go up as soon as the HIV Meds get your viral load down. I would say you have had it quite sometime for you viral load to be so high and your t-cells so low. Are you always a botom? [2/5/16, 2:25 PM] ([email protected]): Usually this is how it's contracted is why I ask. [2/5/16, 2:28 PM] ([email protected]): In case you topped anyone recently bareback you probably should tell them for moral reasons... but I won't pry into your business, so you handle that however you want. I just want to be here for you to answer anything and be a light at the end of the dark tunnel you must feel your in. [2/5/16, 4:41 PM] gaaayseal[F]: Hey. Sure, I'll find a way to talk to you sometime. A lot had happened yesterday. I was at work and started taking the antibiotic cotrimoxazole for the first time. After 4 hours my body started shivering, muscle pain, fast heartbeat, and went to the clinic. I was then sent to emergency in hospital. It was a lot to take in because I had to tell the coworker who brought me to the hospital now. My sister also went and I had to tell her. I was feeling very unwell but after some time the shivering stopped but I still had a high fever. [2/5/16, 4:45 PM] gaaayseal[F]: I was supposed to be confined but I saw no reason to be. I was feeling better and the hospital didn't have a HIV specialist. So I went home with my sister and just rested [2/5/16, 4:45 PM] gaaayseal[F]: Right now I still have fever and feeling generally weak, and my eyes are red Tactician • 4:45 PM [2/5/16, 6:32 PM] ([email protected]): your eyes and mind are tired and overwhelmed. They wanted to contain you to keep you from catching anything else... right now you are suceptable to catching anything [2/5/16, 6:32 PM] ([email protected]): They need to start you on Atripla or a Truvada combo like this _Truvada, Prezista, Norvir. [2/5/16, 6:34 PM] ([email protected]): Once you get those your viral load will decrease. I can't stress this enough to you.. I'm not trying to scare you but you will only decline and your cd4 count will go down. So they did not keep you at the hospital? [2/5/16, 6:37 PM] ([email protected]): I know how you feel right now and dealing with me bitching at you is more than you want to handle but ITS YOUR LIFE... I don't know your county so I need to know if your going to get Protease Inhibitors to keep the viral load load. So your T-Cells go up. No matter what is causing your fever (likely your body detecting the HIV but maybe a flu or strep) if your body firghts it off your HIV virus is still replicating until you get the HIV Meds (Protease Inhibitor) If you can't get them you need to let me know... I"ll figure something out... i'll say I lost mine and send them or something! [2/5/16, 6:42 PM] ([email protected]): Once you take them you will feel better in a few days [2/5/16, 6:43 PM] ([email protected]): Noticeably [2/5/16, 6:43 PM] ([email protected]): a month worth and you feel yourself almost [2/5/16, 6:43 PM] ([email protected]): ☺ Tactician Jenro [2/5/16, 6:44 PM] gaaayseal[F]: It's tough [2/5/16, 6:44 PM] ([email protected]): Your immune system is weak.. you should not be around a lot of people. and contained if at hospital [2/5/16, 6:44 PM]([email protected]): I know sweetie... i [2/5/16, 6:44 PM] ([email protected]): am so sorry [2/5/16, 6:44 PM] ([email protected]): I have been down to 9 t-cells at one time [2/5/16, 6:44 PM] ([email protected]): wanted me to say my goodbyes to family [2/5/16, 6:44 PM] ([email protected]): I pretended not to be scared.. for my family... but I was on the inside [2/5/16, 6:45 PM] ([email protected]): I know you are too [2/5/16, 6:45 PM] ([email protected]): that was same month these new meds came out [2/5/16, 6:45 PM] ([email protected]): I got them just in time... literally!! [2/5/16, 6:45 PM] gaaayseal[F]: What should I do? Do I need to be confined in a hospital? I'm feeling better now though [2/5/16, 6:46 PM] ([email protected]): I'm going to say yes [2/5/16, 6:46 PM] ([email protected]): and stay there until they get you the meds you need [2/5/16, 6:46 PM]([email protected]): Do you have a phone that you can put hangouts on? [2/5/16, 6:46 PM]([email protected]): so I can talk to you while your their? [2/5/16, 6:46 PM] ([email protected]): Is your sister being supportive? [2/5/16, 6:47 PM] ([email protected]): your t-cell s are supposed to be from 600-1200 [2/5/16, 6:47 PM] ([email protected]): just losing 50 from that is bad [2/5/16, 6:47 PM] ([email protected]): YOUR UNDER 50! [2/5/16, 6:47 PM] ([email protected]): it's not HIV.. its AIDS [2/5/16, 6:48 PM] ([email protected]): I try not to scare you but I don't have a choice....need to make a game plan for you ☺ [2/5/16, 6:49 PM] ([email protected]): I'm going to go on Reddit and add to your thread so others can chime in and give feedback too' [2/5/16, 6:49 PM] ([email protected]): Never good to get advice from one person [2/5/16, 6:49 PM] ([email protected]): okay? [2/5/16, 6:50 PM] gaaayseal[F]: the antibiotics [2/5/16, 6:50 PM] ([email protected]): yes? [2/5/16, 6:50 PM] ([email protected]): treating for what? [2/5/16, 6:51 PM] gaaayseal[F]: I don't know if I should still be taking them because I was sent to hospital for taking it [2/5/16, 6:51 PM] ([email protected]): Just so you know I am treating this like the Doctors don't konw how to handle this? I don't anything about philipines so I don't know what kind of resources your dealkng with.
