Perhaps being an ex LDS member is what blinds you to the topic at hand.

I don't even think you notice what you are doing at the moment. Most LDS members would rather avoid talking about their own religion, but do what you do now and say "think about all the other religions."

I'll remind you this topic was about the LDS in Utah and not the Catholics, Jews, Buddhists, Jehovah Witnesses or any other religion you can scrounge up to avoid the fact that Utah and their politics is heavily run by Mormans.

I'm the outsider here, of course my opinion would be much different than yours. Still doesn't make it untrue especially coming from someone who use to be an ex member.
