YES a body can be hard to find...but they logically have a very small search area, because she physically, could not have walked that far, because of her issues. Logically she is only, if she got lost, she is only a very short distance away from where she was seen.

And lets be frank...they knew quickly they were not searching for a living child. They've looked where bodies would fall and go and there's not even a glimmer?

She is more than likely just laying dead beneath a bush, I don't doubt that completely. But I do think they shouldn't discount her being taken. She just didn't wander that far.
