I’m sorry that you were expecting a 16 year old to have an answer to a question that even the wisest individuals of his world couldn’t answer. As for how he ended up “accomplishing” it, he ended Indras and Ashuras feud, he acted as a figure that the 5 great nations could look to and unite for. Also I would love to know how “hashirama did the same thing”, when 1. He gave up on madara (which is understandable by all means), and 2. He armed the great nations with weapons of mass destruction, he didn’t try and get them to unite. I’m not saying than naruto was solely responsible for bringing the great nations together but he certainly did play his role.
