It doesn't matter what the definition is because it is inherently transphobic and ableist to say you can count with others who have body issues by literally not having them. Not only does it not make sense it serves to detriment both sides.

People with a body issue will be conflated and confused for those who do not have one. People with the body issue will be offended by being considered not to have one and vise versa. It's why the community is at war with itself. It's not respecting body issues and at the same time not respecting personal preference and expression.

If the definition is harming people on top of not making practical sense it's clearly incorrect
