1) Father promised in exchange for living in his home during his divorce as a witness and working as a personal assistant for him, that he would pay for my grad degree and rent. He never did despite me fulfilling our end of an oral agreement, and giving consideration by quitting my job to come back to his state. He committed perjury by lying on a financial affidavit submitted to court during the divorce that he was paying my tuition. 2) Father promised to pay for my surgery, insurance, and help me with recovery and told me that I medically needed the surgery. Told me to quit my job after my boss wouldn't give me time off, then reneged on his offer leaving me without housing, a job, knowing if i had cancer and inability to obtain the surgery on my own. I still have not had the surgery. 3) Father and brother promised to let me live in their condo for free and pay my grad school. I gave up my current housing and made a plane ticket. They then sold condo. They tehn promised to pay my rent for a year and school and health insurance, and told me they'd only pay if I came back to their state. This is despite slandering me in public that if I am caught in his state I will be institutionalized and arrested, and that I was diagnosed with two mental illnesses I have never been diagnosed with thus using his medical license unethically and illegally to give me a false diagnosis. After I come back to their state, they renege on their offer leaving me homeless and jobless.

Father has forged his signature on a bond in my name, as well as physically assaulted me and attempted to murder me by strangulation in my youth. Statute of limitations has passed.
